My Holiday Wish for You!

“Christmas Eve was a night of song that wrapped itself about you like a shawl. But it warmed more than your body. It warmed your heart…filled it, too, with melody that would last forever.”
~ Bess Streeter Aldrich (1881-1954), American author, ‘Song of Years’.

I have had so much fun listening to some of my favorite oldies this year and sharing them with you here on OSML.  I have also learned a lot from you — my visitors.  In return I hope that I have brought you just a little bit closer to knowing and loving these great oldies just a fraction as much as I do. I know I can’t convert everyone. But if I school just one person and am able to share the wonderful memories that this music conjures for me with a few others — then this blog won’t be in vain.

I want to wish all of my visitors a wonderful, safe and blessed holiday week with your loved ones.

I will be back with  music on Monday, December 29th, 2009.

Keep the oldies alive!
