  1. I used to never listen to country music, but it’s changed. A lot of it is more mainstream and I like that. Plus the women are hot and that makes everything better!

  2. Yep – there a fine line between County music and Soul music. Many Country hits have been covered by R&B artists to become hits on the R&B charts! Ray Charles did an award winning album of C&W tunes. One of Gladys Knight & The Pips’ biggest hits (Midnight Train to Georgia) started out as a country song. Rev. Al Green had hits with many Country songs he covered as well. The list goes on and on.

    I think it’s all about good song writing. If the song is good I think it transcends the music genre.
